Couples selecting this service will take a hands-on approach throughout the planning process but seek expert assistance in the final stages. The couple is responsible for finding and booking the vendors, creating the vision, ordering the items, and inviting the guests. When the big day is about 6-8 weeks away, you'll meet with Tara to review all your hard work!
After the handoff meeting, Tara will take over and bring you through the finish line. Pre-event, she'll manage the day-of timeline, coordinate vendors, assist with creating the floor plan, and be with you every step of the way to ensure all the boxes have been checked. When the big day arrives, Tara will be the primary point of contact, handling everything from set up to tear down. Contrary to popular belief, an event isn't over just because the guests leave. Tara will also ensure that all the loose ends are tied up nicely in the weeks following the event.
